EASYGLOSS 碳纤维抛光&保护,提供最终的展览级效果,应用于碳纤维零件或深色的复合材料制品。使用EASYGLOSS,可以抛光新碳纤维产品至最终效果(纳米级抛光剂),也可以翻新或保护碳纤维零件(保护作用的蜡等添加剂)。EASYGLOSS的黑色版本会提高碳纤维产品的对比度和光泽,而不会有“白色斑点”(若使用白色抛光剂,可能会在碳纤维零件的表面针孔里堆积而形成白色斑点)。EASYGLOSS拥有先进的聚合物技术,在零件表面形成一层耐久的保护膜,其作用有:防紫外线,防水,防盐。
使用方法:
EASYGLOSS,可以使用抛光机或手工抛光。为了最快达到最好的效果,请使用抛光机。匹配柔软波纹泡沫抛光盘,应用少量的抛光剂到抛光盘上,先让抛光机低速运转,交叉移动而扩散抛光剂,再提高转动速度(800-1500RPM)。不要让模具或零件的表面过热。当产品被抛光后,让其表面完全干燥后,再使用超细纤维抛光布将表面擦干净。
